 Joyce Baker is certified in both Pilates Matwork and Standing Pilates. Her classes include Pilates Fundamentals based on the methods of Joseph Pilates. The sessions are for all ages and abilities. Through utilizing a variety of small equipment (stability balls, pilate rings, straps, small balls, and light weights), Joyce engages her students with a fun, fulfilling workout.
